Three (3) night minimum
during Holiday Season; two (2) night minimum during Summer
* Three (3) night minimum booking for the SUITE (some exceptions)
** Silver Star 'Closed Season' rates discounted further 30-40% w 3-night minimum
(April to June + September to November)
Payment and Cancellation Policies
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45
days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is
re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order
or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer. A Visa
credit card authorization will be taken via phone for the security/damage
deposit (applied against any damage incurred). IF RESERVATION is within 45
days, full payment is required within 40 hours of booking.
Pet Policy
Your pet may be welcome. Please request 'pre-approval'. An extra
$10/day fee applies, and we will also collect a damage deposit.
Check In/Out
You may check in after 4pm and stay until 10am on your departure day.
