Introduction to Social Networking Workshop
We all know your business needs to be online in some way… and with so many other options available (in addition to the traditional website), how can you know what will work for you? Maybe all you need is just your business website — maybe not. I’d like to help make sense of it all.
Introduction to Social Networking Workshop touches on the basics of how social networking sites (including Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs and Twitter) work and how they might help your business flourish. This workshop is well suited for individuals or groups (up to 15)
This session will be interactive and fun… an introduction with some very valuable and time-saving tips and techniques.
Registrants are asked to send questions/ideas before hand ~ these help me tailor the session to the group and are addressed in the workshop on a general level so everyone benefits. Much of what I will cover is universal so if you decide you want more, we could book some one-on-one time to address your specific needs/wants/goals for online promotion.
Here’s what people are saying:
Great workshop! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. This helped me tremendously. I love your easy style - very comfortable like you were talking to us individually in our living rooms - very easy to ask questions. I learned a lot - a lot! This helped take the mystery out of social media for me and made it sound very doable. also knowing you are there at the implementation end and possibly as on-going if we need it, is a godsend.... thank you Mary–Liz Pihulak, MNLP, Mickel Therapy, Armstrong BC
It's very clear you know your subject matter intimately, and you did a great job of explaining it and promoting it as only one part of a marketing plan. Very informative. Thanks so much.–Lynda Mason, Controller, Northern Plastics Ltd., Salmon Arm BC
Somehow or other, I still think magic was involved, Mary was able to draw out of me how I wanted my work to be represented on the web. She then integrated my website with Facebook and that has allowed me to keep in touch with my global network and to market the product to others - and - she did itwith ease and elegance! Forever grateful. –Steve Miller, Life's Work, Salmon Arm BC
